The following 19 photos were all taken at the Tails of the Wild animal park in Kodak, TN when my friend Jarrel Woods (who himself is a 'coon furry) and his wife, Renee' were visiting this area. We all had a great time :-) The animal park has since moved to Florida
The two raccoons at the
park. The park had their animals available for work in
movies and TV and the male, Scooter, has an appearence in a the
horror film The Bell Witch about the only documented case of a
spirit actually killing a human.
Wolves! :-) Cujo,
his mate Kiya and their pup Yukon, 4 weeks old at the time of the
photo. The pup and his one littermate (probably only 2
because it was Kiya's first litter) were born on a stormy night
in early May during the "Week of the Tornados."
Probably because of the wet. cool conditions, the young
pups developed pneumonia. Sadly, one didn't survive :-(
The good news is the one in the above photo was "doing
real well" at the time I saw him :-) I got to pet him
while he was being fed :-) Also, I got to hold Kiya when
she herself was 6 weeks, 4 days old :-) To see that photo, Click here :-)
My favorite big cat,
tigers :-) They were rubbing up against the fence like a
bunch of big housecats :-) 5 shows tigers getting excited
at seeing keepers coming with their dinner :-)
