The newest
addition to my family's collection of cats as of this posting :-)
He was a stray that hung around my Dad's office for a week before
letting someone get close to him, but once he had a taste of
loving attention, quickly proved to be a real sweetie :-)
He gets lonely quickly and is sleeping on my shoulder as I
post this :-)

I was told by my
supervisor that I could wear my fursuit to work on Halloween, so
I did :-) I'm pictured doing night audit paperwork (posing
really-the gloves and head make actually doing paperwork
difficult), standing behind the front desk, goofing off by
surfing YNA after the
work's done, pulling a trick or treat gag on my supervisor (who
thinks my suit is creepy because the mouth moves) and posing with
two day shift clerks who came in dressed as hippies :-)
Even the general manager/part owner liked the suit as well
as several guests, mostly seinior folk who requested a photo and
I got to tell a couple people who had seen "that"
MTV/CSI episode that that's not how it really is and they seemed
to believe me :-)

Snowflowers, a common
winter "plant" around here. They form when the
temperature drops below freezing and the water in certain weeds
that hold a lot of water gets squeezed out by the expansion of
water freezing, freezing solid as it hits the air.
